About the Job
you are the head of finance and report directly to management
Maintain a system of control over accounting transactions
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
Ensure that accounts payable are paid in timely manner
Ensure that accounts receivable are controlled promptly
Process payrolls in timely manner
Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completes
Ensure that required debt payments are made on timely basis reporting
Issue timely and complete financial statements and reports
Report significant issues to the management
Coordinate the preparation of the company annual reports
Purchase cost control and follow up compliance
Comply with government reporting requirements and tax file
Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
Job Requirements
You have a degree in accounting
You are active or have a minimum experience of 3 years in hotel accounting , food and beverage accounting and control , purchasing
You are a self starter , should be able to plan and prioritize workload with minimum supervisory input .
Have a good knowledge of Excel and word, can work with accounting programs and portal programs
Experience in accounting systems and software
Ability to develop and establish accounting policies and procedures
Previous experience in food and beverage accounting and control
Previous experience in hotels accounting
Good English
good computer skills , excel,
Open minded
Able to report , forecast , analyze , cost control and purchasing control
Are willing to travel periodically
Work independently
